    The staff are super friendly and helpful! Plus, the location is fantastic, with a shopping mall right across the street!

    Unfortunately, the room's cleanliness left much to be desired, with visible stains. Amenities felt outdated, lacking the value for the price paid.

    Bathrooms require thorough cleaning, especially the fixtures!!! Parking situation needs a complete overhaul for a hotel of this caliber!!! Rooms lack modernization and maintenance, disappointing!!!

    Shopping malls near the hotel, can hop on a cab to fengjia night market. Comfort bed and spacious room

    Hotel provide adult channels, can choose the category type when you turn on the tv. Might be able to request the staff to turn it off. Overall a good hotel.

    Location in a nice business district, very helpful and kind staff, ambience and decor of a smart hotel

    For the price, the decor ( especially Xmas decor ) could have been more upscale, but perhaps this style suits the 90% Taiwan customers rather than the international customers.

    Comfortable Stay with Excellent Amenities

    Our family had a pleasant night here. The outdoor temperature-controlled pool was a hit with the kids. Dinner at one of the international restaurants was good, with a range of dishes that pleased everyone's palate. For parking, consider the $150 charge for 24 hours to avoid inconvenience.

    Loved the convenience of being right across from SOGO. Exploring the Tanya Shen Green Bikeway with my son's family was a good experience, and the kids really enjoyed the breakfast buffet-it had something for everyone!

    In my wife's opinion, the bathroom could use a thorough update. A family-friendly kids' area would be a great addition.
